§1Anti-fascist. No room for authoritarian, nationalist or dehumanising positions.
§2Anti-racist. Origin, skin colour, religion, residence status play no role.
§3Anti-sexist. All genders as equals. Abuse leads to exclusion.
§4Respect. Criticism of the work, not the person. Listening is part of it.
§5Openness. What we build is documented and published.
§6Reliability. Whoever takes a job reports back. Whoever gets stuck says so early.
And otherwise
No degree needed, but a field where you can show something: a board, a program, a repair, a piece of furniture.
Decisions are made by the collective, one vote per person. That holds today and becomes statute in the cooperative from seven people on.
