House rules

Six sentences. Whoever does not stand behind them stays out.

Anti-fascist. No room for authoritarian, nationalist or dehumanising positions.

Respect. Criticism of the work, not the person. Listening is part of it.

Reliability. Whoever takes a job reports back. Whoever gets stuck says so early.

No degree needed, but a field where you can show something: a board, a program, a repair, a piece of furniture.

Decisions are made by the collective, one vote per person. That holds today and becomes statute in the cooperative from seven people on.
